We have two convenient senior care facilities located in Delaware. You can enroll or make appointments at either facility. Call the location directly at the numbers below to schedule your appointment.

What to Bring
Make sure you bring your current, valid Nemours SeniorCare identification (ID) card to any appointment at our senior care facilities.

Wheelchairs and Accessibility
Wheelchairs are available at both locations. Ask at the reception areas.

Holiday Closures
Offices are closed on New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

In-House Services at SeniorCare Facilities

Along with our senior care services, our locations are equipped with their own in-house labs where you can get customized products, including eyeglasses, hearing aids, and dentures.

  • Optical: Pick out new frames or adjust the ones you have.
  • Audiology: Wide selection of hearing aids available.
  • Dental: Get full or partial dentures or repair existing ones.

Providers From Our Community

Our medical team includes doctors from the Delaware area who are certified specialists in optometry, ophthalmology, and dentistry. Additionally, our technicians and practitioners in vision, dental, and hearing care are licensed and/or certified in their respective fields.
